How do we communicate to Airbnb Mexico hosts that they have to upload their RFC to the platform, to avoid high retentions? Under a friendly and fun concept, several characters were created, the protagonists: Fabiana & Randy, two astronauts who will accompany the hosts, in this new adventure through the Galaxy, heading to the Airbnb Moon to fulfill their mission: Avoid the high retentions, and be at peace, with SATurn and the ruling sun.
